Donations are Needed To Directly Help CVRC Patients in Need

Charleston, SC (June 2012)  Charleston Veterinary Referral Center (CVRC) is proud to announce its participation in the Veterinary Care Foundation.  CVRC is the first veterinary hospital in South Carolina to participate in the not-for-profit charitable foundation.   Donations to the fund will directly help CVRC patients in need.  “Charleston Veterinary Referral Center is committed to finding ways to contribute to our community,” says Dr. David Sachs, Medical Director at CVRC.  “The Veterinary Care Foundation is an ideal way to help cover the costs of advanced medical care of patients who are suffering great financial hardship.  And, 100% of all donations go directly to the care of the pet.”

CVRC PROVIDES NEEDED RESOURCES TO THE SOUTH CAROLINA AQUARIUM

Charleston, SC (August 14, 2012)  Charleston Veterinary Referral Center is proud to provide needed resources to the South Carolina Aquarium.   Since CVRC’s opening, the veterinary hospital has offered support to the aquarium, including CT scan of a Moray Eel with a suspected spine injury and CT scan of a small, 5-inch Bass that was found floating upside down at the aquarium.

Students to Receive Special On-Site Training from CVRC Experts to Help Increase Their Knowledge-Base in a Real-Life Setting

Charleston, SC (June 2011) — Charleston Veterinary Referral Center (CVRC) announced that the Center is partnering with Trident Technical College in Monchs Corner to offer on-site training to the school’s Veterinary Technology students.  Students enrolled in the program will participate in an eight-week session where they will spend four hours a week at CVRC working with specialists on the various topics they are studying.
