Charleston Veterinary Referral Center is the most advanced and comprehensive small animal emergency and specialty hospital in the Southeast. We are open 24/7/365 for emergency and urgent care. Our Critical Care service works every day, including weekends and holidays, to ensure the highest quality of care for every animal. Our other specialty services (Internal Medicine, Surgery, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Oncology, Cardiology, and Physical Rehabilitation) are open for appointments Monday through Friday. CVRC is ‘worth the drive’ as we have clients coming to us from everywhere in the southeast and other regions of the country.
