When do I need to pay for my pet's medical care?
After an initial examination by one of our doctors, they will discuss the recommended treatment plan with you and all associated costs. Once the treatment plan is agreed to, we require a 50% deposit of the estimated costs of diagnostics and treatments. At the time of discharge the remaining balance will be due. We do not have the ability to bill you for services.
Do you offer any type of delayed billing or payment plans?
We accept CareCredit, a credit card that can be used at participating veterinary offices, as well as dentists, doctors and other health & wellness providers. You can complete the quick application process online, or our client care team can assist you in our office. CareCredit offers special financing options* and convenient monthly payments.
