Dr. Alexa Stephen is a Neurologist with a special interest in neurosurgery and treatment of spinal cord injury.

Dr. Stephen gained her Undergraduate Degree and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida, while also achieving the Valedictorian position in her graduating class. She then went on to the University of Georgia for a Small Animal Medicine and Surgery Internship. Dr. Stephen completed her residency in Neurology and Neurosurgery at the University of Missouri.

When she’s not treating patients, you can find her competing at the pickleball courts or spending time with her husband and beloved dog.
