Molly Holmes, DVM, DACVR (RO)

Radiation oncologist at PetCure Oncology, Board-certified in veterinary radiation oncology

Prior to joining Charleston Veterinary Referral Center, Dr. Holmes served as a radiation oncologist in both local and national roles, including department head since 2018.

Dr. Holmes completed a residency in radiation oncology at Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University in 2017 followed by a post-doctoral fellowship at Colorado State University's Flint Animal Cancer Center in 2018. She received her DVM degree at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014 and her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Georgia Southern University in 2010.

Currently the Secretary of the American College of Veterinary Radiology (ACVR-RO) and chair of the Residency Standards and Evaluation Committee; previous member of the public relations committee (ACVR) and is an active member in multiple professional organizations, including ACVR, VCS, AVMA, and the Georgia Veterinary Medical Society.

Currently, Dr. Holmes enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, daughter, Tootsie and Charlie, their dog and cat.
