This is a process that sequences the DNA in a pet’s tumor and identifies mutations that could be targeted by a variety of oral chemotherapy drugs. These drugs are not traditional chemotherapy (drugs that kill all rapidly dividing cells non-discriminately), they are TARGETED in that they only attack certain cells that have that particular DNA mutation.

The cost of the analysis AND drug list covers the cost of the medications for the LIFETIME of the patient. In order to perform the analysis, we need to obtain a tissue sample from the tumor.
